Hey Guys!
Just so you know, the monitor said she will be posting an official list at 5am on the doors.
We are in for a crazy day!
how did you hear this from the monitor?
They have had appointments all week. I asked her in the hall.
Is the list really up...????
Not yet...
Are there a lot of people there so far?
Good morning! What's it lookin like here? Is the list up?
It's up now!
Probably around 30-40?
Lets say 30.
Unofficial list was taken down. Yellow official list was at 70 at 5:30am.
110 as of 5:50 am
List is up to 130
Y'all, bear in mind that the monitor has already numbered the pages. So if there are no numbers left on the page you are looking at, turn the page. Don't start writing your own numbers. Yes this sounds ridiculously obvious. But it's early. No judgement before 10am.
Hey guys. I signed up as #106 on the supposed official yellow list and there were about 3 pages of names ahead of me. I walked away, and then went back to check to see if there was info next to the list that I missed, and when I went back, the first 3 pages of that list were gone. Up to about #83 ish. Now I don't know if someone official took it for safe keeping or what, but just wanted to give everyone that was there supes early a heads up...
Break legs all!
List at 160 as of 6:30 am
As of 6:30 around 170 people. Do you guys think if we are in the 100s we need to be there at 10am when the call starts?
Around 200 at 6:55am and STOP SIGNING UP YOUR FRIENDS. Since this official list is missing the first three pages...did it say anything about being back at a certain time to hear the reading of the list?
Lets hope the monitor took those pages.
If she didn't and you were the person who decided it would be better for you or funny or something, you have violated official theater property (since it is the official list) and karma is coming your way. People got up incredibly early to put their names on that. This is a career about respect.
She didn't say they'd read. I asked if we had to be there before 10 for a reading of the list and she said no. And that the first 100 would be allowed in the holding room.
doihaveto (sp) Thanks for the information. I just wanna double check that you heard this from the monitor? That numbers over 100 wouldn't have to be there right at 10? Thanks again.
Np. This definitely came from the monitor. I guess maybe they plan on trying to keep the holding room to only the first 100? Not sure how long that will last or even logistically how they'll make that happen with the hallways the way they are. As for a list reading, I asked and that's what she said, so fingers crossed they don't change their minds. And that those first 3 pages show up!!
Are they taking a lunch break today? If so, does anyone know what time?
The first two pages WERE lost. They are honoring the numbers.
How is the list looking an have they announced how they are doing things?
You've gotta be kidding me
What does this mean for those of us that were on those first two pages???
The list is a few above 300 now. No word on how things are going to be done today.
She's literally going through 1 through like 80 asking who is that number. If you're here by ten then I think you keep your number. She's really nice. No stress necessary.
What time do they wany people w later #s (mid 200s) to be able to check in/ be in the holding room?
Wait.. so the official list was NOT the one yellow paper?
Are there so many people that the list will be closed at 10?
I was hoping to sign up at like 11 and sing at 5 or 6. I am busy all through the day. Can someone please let me know?
So I just want to be clear. Even though the first few pages were lost if I am number one seventy something it is okay that I'm not there at 10, to the best of everyone's knowledge yes? I was figuring around 11:30 or so. Thanks!
I'm new to the whole open call thing. How many people are they usually able to see in a 10-6 open call. I just found out about it and am in Philly wondering if it is worth coming! Thanks
The list closed at 324
Any updates on if they've read of the list or if anyone is going sooner bc of the missing names? Also have the cut down to just one sixteen bar cut? I'm still under the impression I can get there a little later as 170 something and would like to check.
I'm #124. Will someone post something after the first group goes so we have an idea on how slow/fast they're going? I have a few things to do before I head that way again. Thanks!
They just called into the hall 11-20.
They are asking to hear only one 16 bar cut and they said they're trying to get through the list as quickly as possible.
If you didn't make it on the list then she said check back at 4 or 5. She said there were over 340 on the list already
They just called 31-40
what happened to the first three pages people- they are still calling them in on honor system? I'm around #200- wondering if I need to get there earlier if the first 150ppl get bumped?
You are all wonderful. Thank you for updating this so regularly! Appreciate it.
Thanks so much for the updates!!
yes thank you!!!
What happens if you miss your number? End of the list? S.O.L.? Put you in the next group?
Doe anyone know if callbacks are going out ITR? And are they later today?? Thanks! :)
You are all wonderful. Thank you for updating this so regularly! Appreciate it.
Just for anyone keeping track of numbers: they've lined up to 50 and theyre moving really efficiently through.
Are the asking anyone to stay for a dance callback later this evening? Or telling people to come tomorrow?
Also are people actually getting to sig te two 16 bars? Or we basically prepare two as always and if the want to hear more we do our second piece?
Just called numbers 61-70. I've heard they've been asking people to come back tomorrow for the dance call.
what time is their lunch break?
What number have they seen up to?
Any updates? Please post!
heard that 91-100 were called around one but don't quote me.
Where are they in the list? And if you miss when they call you, will they stick you back in later or are you outta luck?
They just called 121 to 130.
Just called 121-130.
any word on a lunch break?
What number are they on now?
Anyone know who exactly was ITR? Got some names but not all. Any help would be great!
Just called 191-200
221-230
Did anyone catch the full names of the two monitors?
Also, can anyone confirm the rumor I heard of the list for the dance call tomorrow being posted at 8am in an attempt to avoid the chaos that happened today?
(Best to all those who auditioned or are still waiting!)
