    I think everyone is OK. They wouldn't let anyone out or anyone in for about an hour but I'm at around 430 they were able to open up the stairs for people to leave.

    I counted 10 fire trucks, but I couldn’t see how many more were up past 38th St. CRAZY!!

    I was on 16 when the fire marshal or whatever for the building started making announcements after the alarm went off - first they told us to evacuate down the stairs then 50 seconds later they told us to stay put and shelter in place. We didn't know for sure what was wrong until maybe 4/5 mins later when they told us it was an electrical issue in the basement- eventually when we could smell it on 16 we made a group decision to take the stairs down- us and it seemed like everyone from the floors above us made that choice as well ha. It was an eventful afternoon.
