  • NAB: Disney Cruise Line Contract? 06/13/2018  3:52pm

    Hi!

Was wondering if anyone had any information as to what a DCL contract for a mainstage performer is typically like. I know thats a very vague question - but any insight helps! (i.e. no outs contract, etc.)?

    Thanks!

I think there are a couple of past threads about their contracts. Try a custom search in the top right corner of this website...

Lots of my friends have done their contracts and from what I hear, on most itineraries, performers work single day of the contract... Someone correct me if that's wrong, but I've had several friends tell me it was a great experience but effing exhausting. I worked for a different cruise line and we maybe worked 4 days a cruise, and only at night.

Yes depending on the ship and itinerary you will be working most days. Along with your normal main stage shows there are enhancements that can be kids club shows or holiday themed or pirate night. Some late night adult stuff depending again on the ship. Plus you will be greeting the character team 6-7 hours a week.

As for an out clause, because I know you mentioned that specifically, yes you can give 30 days notice.
